Ocravo is a UK-focused service for accountants and bookkeepers. This marketing site (ocravo.com) is operated by BRYXO LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15379271), with its registered office at 86–90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE. What we collect
The marketing site at ocravo.com does not collect information directly through forms, accounts, or user submissions. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless analytics service, to understand aggregate site usage such as page views and broad referral information. This produces aggregate statistics and is not used to identify you.
If you choose to sign up for or use Ocravo, you do so at app.ocravo.com. Information provided there is handled under the product's own privacy policy and terms, which govern that service.
Who we share data with
We use a small number of service providers who process limited technical data on our behalf under data processing agreements:
- Plausible Analytics — privacy-first, cookieless website analytics. It is hosted in the EU, sets no cookies, does not track you across sites, and produces only aggregate statistics.
- Vercel — website hosting and delivery. Vercel processes server request information (including IP addresses) to serve and secure the site.
International transfers
Where a service provider processes personal data outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (or the Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
How long we keep data
This site does not retain directly identifying personal data. Analytics are held as aggregate, non-identifying statistics. Hosting request logs are kept only for a limited period for security and operational purposes.
